We have been working with clients like by:Larm, Øya Festival, Slottsfjell Festival and Musikkfest Oslo the last few years. We have developed and hosted their web sites. But there is a lot more going on behind-the-scenes. We have developed customized systems that take care of thousands of artist, delegate and volunteer signups, making it possible for advisory boards of up to 80 people to collaborate online, handling scheduling and presenting up-to-date programmes, communication by mail and SMS right from the application and a lot more.
The systems has been up and working for the last couple of years but we’ve been planning a public version for a while.

Now, we are finally working on an public easy-to-use web-based artist management application for booking agents and managements named Backstage.

The idea is to make it simple for festivals and venues to easily get signups from demo bands, get artist suggestions from their agents, get reviews from the advisory board and finally select the best artists for their gigs.

How It Works

Backstage will be a hosted service so there’s no hardware or software installation required. Customers can simply log-in, set up a project site for their festival or venue (it takes only a few seconds), and then start collecting artists by signup on their own website, get suggestions from their agents or managements and begin the work of listening, reviewing and choosing the artist they want to book.

It’s a simple, organized, professional way to collect, review and choose artist all in one location. It’s also a great way to keep track of all incoming and outgoing communicatin between the client and artists, stay organized and up to date.
